Terms of Service

By accessing or using Resklr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless you notify us of unauthorized use.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

One-time course purchases include access to the purchased course independently of subscription status, subject to continued platform operation and these terms.

Refund requests may be reviewed case by case within 14 days of purchase unless a stricter or more specific checkout policy applies.

Staged products may contain incomplete lessons, staged module releases, coming-soon templates, interface changes, or evolving features while we improve the platform.

Ongoing Resklr Resource Vault access may be included for a limited early access period with certain purchases and will require an active subscription after that included period ends.

All Resklr course materials, lesson content, designs, workflows, and supporting assets are owned by Resklr or its licensors.

Purchasing access gives you a license to use the material for your own learning and internal or client work, but not to redistribute, resell, sublicense, or republish the content as a competing product.

Skill packs and downloadable assets may be adapted for your own projects, teams, and agent systems within the permitted scope of your purchase or subscription.

You may not repackage skill packs, wrapper skills, prompt libraries, or workflows for sale, redistribution, or inclusion in a competing training or template business.

You agree not to share account access, scrape protected content in bulk, attempt to defeat entitlements, interfere with platform operations, or use Resklr for unlawful conduct.

We may restrict or suspend access where behavior creates abuse, fraud, operational risk, or clear violation of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, abuse of platform resources, or behavior that creates legal or operational risk.

Upon termination, subscription access ends immediately. Rights in already-downloaded assets remain subject to the license restrictions above.

Resklr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resklr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on course materials.

We aim to keep the service usable with keyboard navigation, visible focus states, readable typography, and descriptive alternative text for meaningful media.

We may update these terms as the platform changes. Continued use after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
