1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Resklr.com (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

All purchases are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on Resklr, including courses, skill packs, and materials, is owned by Resklr or its licensors. You may use purchased content for personal and commercial use but may not redistribute or resell it.

5. Skill Pack License

Skill packs are licensed for use in your own projects and agent systems. You may not redistribute skill packs or include them in competing products.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: share account access, circumvent access controls, scrape or download content in bulk, or use the Service for illegal purposes.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to subscription content ends immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

Resklr is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
