Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Resklr collects, how it is used, when it is shared with service providers, and how you can request access, correction, or deletion.

1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including name, email address, account credentials, support messages, and purchase details.
We also collect product-usage data such as lesson progress, assessment activity, download activity, and page interactions used to improve the platform.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to create and secure accounts, deliver purchased products, process payments, send transactional email, and operate customer support.
We also use aggregated product data to understand which lessons, pages, and workflows are working and where the product needs improvement.
3. Third-party services
Resklr currently relies on Supabase for authentication and database operations, Stripe for payment processing, PostHog for product analytics, and SMTP email providers for transactional email and selected email capture flows.
Each provider processes data according to its own terms and privacy commitments.
4. Data storage and security
Account and product data are stored through Supabase infrastructure hosted on AWS. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, misuse, or loss.
No internet-connected system is perfectly secure, but we aim to limit access, reduce unnecessary retention, and keep production workflows scoped to operational need.
5. Cookies and analytics
Resklr uses essential cookies and local storage for authentication, session continuity, and core product behavior.
We do not run advertising pixels on the public site. If analytics or measurement tools are enabled, they are used to understand product usage and improve course, pricing, and onboarding experiences.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting hello@resklr.com.
We may need to retain limited records where required for fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, or legal compliance.
7. Data retention
We retain account and purchase data while your account remains active and as needed to provide ongoing access to purchased products.
After deletion requests, certain records may be retained temporarily for compliance, dispute resolution, or payment reconciliation purposes.
8. Accessibility
Resklr aims to keep the public site and course surfaces usable with keyboard navigation, visible focus states, and descriptive alternative text for meaningful media.

9. Policy changes
We may update this policy as the platform changes. Material changes may be reflected on this page and, when appropriate, communicated by email.
